The Nail Designer COVID-19 Protocol and Health Declaration

When visiting the studio;
• Please arrive on time, no earlier, and wait outside for me to give you the green light and welcome you in. This will allow a 15 minute turnaround time for sanitisation. I also ask that you attend on your own
• Please consider wearing a face mask. I will have a small supply of single use masks should you need one however due to the current cost of PPE, there will be a small fee of £1
• Please only bring essentials with you. We kindly request you refrain from using your mobile during your appointment.
• You will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands in, and refrain from touching personal items during your treatment. Please have some sort of design idea and send this to me prior. If you’re lacking inspiration, I regularly share ideas on my Instagram story.
• I am no longer able to provide drinks as this prevents touching your mask during your treatment but feel free to bring along a bottle of water should you need it
• Unfortunately I am no longer able to offer toilet facilities
• I will only be accepting card payments or bank transfer. The contactless limit is £45 and I have updated the booking system to provide indication of price at booking.

Whilst I appreciate other businesses may not have such measures in place, the safety of all my clients is paramount and knowing I am abiding by the government guidelines for is what makes me feel most comfortable.

• I understand that The Nail Designer cannot accept responsibility for transmission of the Covid-19 should I become infected
• No member of my household (bubble) has been asked to self-isolate in the last 14 days or developed any of these symptoms:
* High temperature
* New, continuous cough
* Extreme fatigue (especially combined with other symptoms)

Privacy Statement: Data Protection Act 1998 – The Nail Designer will control the data that you have supplied in your enquiry. The information you have provided will be processed for the purpose of internal administration. We will keep your data for 6 months from the date of your last correspondence with us. You agree to your contact details being shared with Covid-19 Track and Trace in accordance with government guidance. We will not share your data with anyone else.
